Tasting Notes: A medium, fruity red wine, reminiscent of red berries like blackberries with aromas of almonds and chocolate. The taste has a concise character with noticeable tannin.

2008 Bacchus
QbA (100%) (White) [Half-dry]
This hybrid grape variety was developed in 1933 by the crossing of the Silvaner/Riesling hybrid with Müller-Thurgau. Grown in Franconia since 1962.
Tasting Notes: Exotically fruity aroma (oranges, kiwi, apricot…); lovely fruity balance on the mouth with a very long, smooth finish.
Food Pairings: Creamy cheeses and crackers; Pasta with cream sauces; Sweet/sour dishes with aromatic rice or other grains; Spicy seafood dishes; Far Eastern cuisine; tangy desserts. |
